Functional Unit Status Table (FUST)

The per-functional-unit status table at the heart of a scoreboard. Each entry holds the in-flight instruction's destination/source register names (R, R1, R2), opcode, busy bit, and the producer tags (T, T1, T2) used to detect when source operands are ready and when the FU's writeback should clear downstream waiters.
