A combined branch direction predictor that runs two sub-predictors in parallel (typically a simple BHT and a correlated/GShare predictor) and uses a per-PC meta-predictor (chooser) to pick which one to trust per branch. Used in the Alpha 21264; reaches 90–95% accuracy.
